AGREEMENT OF TERMS:

By entering a country other than Canada, I certify that I am not a resident in Canada for purposes
of the Excise Tax Act and that I am not registered under that Act. Where applicable, I agree to advise billing@realavs.com in the event there is any change to my residence status
or should I become registered for the purposes of the Excise Tax Act (in Canada).
- By pressing the "SIGN UP" button above you agree to this purchase and that we have the right
to bill your credit card for this service.
Keep your Username a secret. If you post it on the internet, your account will be disabled immediately. Do
not share your Username and Password with anyone.
Please check that your card number and expiry dates are correct, and make sure you have selected
the account you want. We cannot "downgrade" accounts once you have clicked the "SIGN UP" button above.
Note that the amount you selected above is in US$ and your card will be billed in CDN$ equivalent.
(For example: $12.95 USD = $19.42 CDN *This amount may vary based on current day exchange rates*)
IMPORTANT: Real AVS is not responsible for the software or hardware needed to view
any site or service involved with Real AVS. Real AVS is only responsible for providing a Username and Password.
EQUALLY IMPORTANT: By pressing the "SIGN UP" button above, you agree that the service is
non refundable and that you will abide by the terms of this agreement. We cannot reverse the charge once you have clicked
signup. Do not proceed if you do not agree with any part of this agreement.
Please contact billing@realavs.com for account inquiries or cancellations or if you have questions
prior to signing up.
Renewing accounts must be cancelled prior to date of renewal if you do not wish to have your account
renewed in the future.
- Privacy Assured, we do not distribute any information to any third party. We do not and have
never mailed anything to our customers, we respect your privacy. We may from time to time email you about updates to our
system.
